What tyres and rims running ( size) ? Is it possible to knee down ? I was thinking about street tyres on stock rims 18-21 is this possible to hit track as just fun with those and even knee down ?
@tylernfakyle62024 ай бұрын
I was running 19” wheels with flattrack tires. Lowered suspension and no front brakes. A full flattrack bike. Not the ideal setup. I had leather pants but not knee cups. So knee down wouldn’t have worked. Would have burned a hole through my pants. A supermoto setup would have worked the best. 17” wheels with street tires and stock height suspension.

As of now they’re about neck and neck. The CRF is narrow and light. The motor is great. I like the close ratio transmission. Handles really good. The YZFX suspension is better outta the box, 6 speed and I know it’s bulletproof.

3:05 That is one of the sketchiest turns a track builder can install. A strait between thick foliage that ends in a 90* turn in dusty conditions. We had one almost exactly like this a few years ago and people were still blowing the turn as other riders were spinning around and/or riding back to make the turn. Nowhere to cut, nowhere to go, just a dust cloud with riders going in both directions.
@tylernfakyle6202 Жыл бұрын
You are correct! Those turns can get ugly sometimes. Causes confusion and crashes!
