Love night shift. I did my orientation during day shift, it was insane. I worked 7pm-7am before it was sweet. Now i work 11-7am its quiet, no one down my neck while im working. Besides not being able to sleep i love it.

I bought this bonnet that hooks up to my hair dryer .this is a game changer for my low porosity hair. Its comfortable and easy to use and travel safe its just rolls up and fits in a small bag. Temu for $3.00 best product i never thought i actually needed. And those rubber hand comb for washing thick hair and scrub your scalp. $2.68 i chopped my hsir seversl times but alway went back to relaxers .i dudng know about sealing snd all the natural hsir stuff out now. EWG app gives this product 100% clean. They have chapstick also. The best. I will try it on my hair. Maybe even my vinyl floor.

Yes, I shampoo as usual and then use this as my conditioner. I wash once a week. If you you get dandruff after a while. Take a break from it, or use a clarifying shampoo, you may be using too much or not rinsing it off enough. A little goes a long way. You don’t have to do it the way it’s shown on this video. Use it as your conditioner.
