So a little over 9 years ago I was diagnosed with type two diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. I went to a digestive specialist and went home with a piece of paper talking about changing my diet to a low carb high natural fat (LCHF) Ketogenic way of eating. I started researching and the peer review science convinced me to eat Ketogenic 20 carbs per day with real foods, no processed foods. With this change I was not put on any medication for diabetes or the fatty liver disease. The results were dramatic. My A1c started going down and within months my nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was gone. My blood sugar one hour after eating is now between 74 and 110, my triglycerides are low, my inflammation blood markers are low, my HDL is high and my doctor reduced my medication for my hypothyroidism. My doctor has now reduced my blood pressure meds by half. My eyes have improved. All by not eating the carbs, the highly processed foods, the sugars, and such that were causing the damage in my body.

Brothers and sisters, trust God when you pray it works. He said all we need to do is ask in prayers. My testimony spans from penury to $55,000 bimonthly, and you stay and doubt that he doesn't answer prayers. Make that altar now and spend time there. A change is in the way. Amen!

Thank you Pastor Donnie For this Show. I how you are feeling well this Beautiful Sabbath Morning. Did you ever get those two Big Care Boxes. It actually arrived the same week that your whole family waded here. I had gifts for Michelle, for Matthew, bubbles for the children, healthy snacks for and many other things. You were going thru so much I just wanted to show so loving care because you give so much. I even hand wrote all the words to one of your favorite songs by J. Reynolds’s. Yet, I don’t know if it brought you comfort or if you were not please with it. You did not ask me to do that. I chose to do that to Bless that get hurt a lot. 😊It was just some caring thoughts-you probably get a lot of care packages.
