Lost Cities scoring is a bit tricky. The sequence of each column is tallied, # sum, minus 20 (if any card is played), multiply wagers (including negatives), and if eight cards are played add 20. Round 1 was Hannah= -23 Hayden= 5, and round 2 was Hannah= 50 Hayden= 0. So there should have been a third round. #hannahwasrobbed

One thing that wasn’t addressed in the video was how to determine turn order on rounds past the first. The first thing you look at is how many houses everyone has. In the event of a tie, you see who has the higher cost power plant. Happy gaming!

So, if you’re the one in the dark… will you always score only half points? Like, if they chose 4 and everyone else chose two, the only way they’d get full points is if they matched two with one person and the other two with other people? I guess that’s the risk of choosing multiple cards though….

You only lose points if you 'fall' and do not match with someone. If you're 'In The Dark,' and match everything, then you get all of your points! It's basically a mechanic to make sure someone doesn't try to just pick an obscene number of cards that don't necessarily pertain to the topic. Good question!
