Today's music is a bit like Beethoven's other brother's version of the first movement of Moonlight Sonata. I actually can't hear the music unless I have the video up on my TV rather than on my tablet but I actually like the music quite a lot. 😊

I know these puzzles can be quite tricky, but I am fascinated by the variety they have included. Sometimes not having instructions or hints can be frustrating, but it’s also fun to try to figure it out alongside you.

It's definitely what they were going for, kinda working out what you have to do by experimenting and fiddling around with a puzzle, but there are for sure a couple of times I wouldn't have minded a bit more steer 😂

At the start of the series I thought this reminded my of the Knightmare game. At this stage it looks a lot more like I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream. Interesting game to see. It's interesting to hear names and regions from Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Interesting mix.

Wow, thanks for your reply. You are three times as strong than I am. I am impressed. How did you do that? I mean, I played just following the quests and so on but cannot even use weapons that need 60 in strength. This is something that annoys me in this game: I often have the feeling to miss out on something and that I get a disadvantage because of that. My character is weak, I have no more health plants (and cannot find anymore on the map), I cannot use the good weapons I am carrying around because of my strength. Do you or anyone else have tips and clues?

@@SpiderDanification What level are you? This was pretty much my end-game build, so I'd done everything I could up to this point and cleared every enemy I could find from the rest of the map. The main thing I did was focus on levelling strength, and deciding fairly early on to focus on a spear build so I didn't spend many talents on other weapons. I think more than many games it really pays off here to be a specialist rather than a jack-of-all-trades, and I think you can respec learning points as of version 1.1, I think it's via Aidan the alchemist in the lower level of the Remnants camp, a potion he sells.

Thank you, that has been a great advise. I am on level 17. 😆 I did the reset and also decided to go with the spear. Additionally, I decided to slay some enemies in the forrest to level up. Then, sometime, I will go back to the spiders. 🙂

I'm enjoying the series. Can't wait to see how it shapes up. I love watching regular people (even "Boring" ones!) play, instead of the amped-up "optimal" gamers. Yours is about the only non-Expert/Expert series I could find, and I appreciate you! I know it's been a year but this may help future viewers: You can remove burning by using the First Aid ability on allies, as well as by using anything that allows extra movement (like Run). Also there is an Alchemy recipe that makes a belt accessory that grants immunity to burning damage (although they still have the status).

It seems like this game is set in a Spanish-speaking country; the notes in Felicia's journal say "Flowers that never fade away" and "My summer will never fade". And the newspaper, "Mariposa" means butterfly. It adds depth to me, that it seems set in a particular place, even if it is fictional.

Yeah, I don't think it's a real/specific country, but definitely a Hispanic one, and given the proximity of jungle and ancient ruins my guess is Central or South American rather than European!

I really appreciate how varied this game is, both within the characters, but also the events that happen and continuing to add elements as you play, not simply dropping it all at the beginning.

Yes, definitely. I'm a few runs ahead of here currently and am still getting introduced to new enemy types and other things!

I'm really enjoying the game and the storyline. Though I feel like the puzzles could use a little refining - some haven't been very clear. Also, there's been some grammatical errors as well. I tend to be super fussy about that sort of thing, but we're all capable of mistakes! Overall, I'm quite keen to see this play out. The art style reminds me a bit of My Child Lebensborn. It's lovely.

If I understand it correctly, gold is only useful during the raid, you don't keep any of it at the end. The next raid only starts with the "starting gold" (I think 25 currently). You can "upgrade" that amount at your home base. So this would mean it makes no sense to save it, you should rather spend it all before the last battle.

btw if an ability says you ends turn, it ends the turn, if it doesnt, you can use that ability and do an attack aswell. like shooting a gun, and than move and slash with sword!
