I went through a functional analysis with a doc. All the testing ,(8 vials of blood) food journal, anti inflamatory diet ( very restrictive) and felt better for about 9 months. The biggest problem is that NONE of this is covered by insurance and was costing me over $5000 a year out of pocket, that unfortunately is not a sustainable medical cost. I had to give it up, but have tried to be a better advocate for myself, but nothing is offered through insurance by our current medical system. How can a person get a functional practitioner to help us affordably??? It is hard to keep up the program on your own.

Do u have to be a new mom to listen to you videos. Because this hits home to everything I am and do. What I have gone through. So I am not sure if it's ok to listen or not . My kids are grown. But boy , I felt you were talking to me. I've been in fight or fight mode or high alert so long that my pulse goes up to 130 beats per minute just standing and my blood pressure is so bad. I can't get it regulated. To many changes and traumas in my life. Right now it's divorce and living alone and being old. I'm 61 and so frightened. I ruminate. I can't shut my mind off and I day bad things to myself constantly. Please help. I want and need to feel better. Thankyou Robyn

My last job when I'm 60 is actor
