Nice job, Justin! I'm from the Cleveland, Ohio area and have worked as a consultant to Nucor for the past 12+ years. All you've said about Nucor is true. I would emphasize the deep commitment the company makes to its local community. The $1M given to the school reflects that. I have had the best years of my consulting career (30+ yrs.) working with Nucor! teammates. Most importantly, Safety is A#1, each day every day throughout Nucor. I can't emphasize this enough. West Virginians who work here will be assured of going home as they arrived to the plant. Great information...Thank you! This is what Huntington needs to move forward with a bright future. I graduated from Marshall in 1978 and went to Florida, Tennessee and Texas for career. I am retired now in Texas and visit Huntington yearly. Part of me would like to come home to Huntington WV, but I doubt that will happen now. Thank you again and keep up the great work.

*_Ever noticed while the citizen is paying off their 30-40-year loan, they have certain city codes and mandates they must adhere to. Like keeping the grass cut and the bushes trimmed back. And they can't pose any fire hazard on the premises whatsoever. But once calamity hits and the banks and the police throw them out. The bankers/real owners of the house don't have to maintain anything. They can just let the joint go to pot and to pieces with no ramifications or responsibilities at all. Then after years of neglect, the city/taxpayers have to pay to knock it down and clean it up. Some setup these banks have with the government huh?_*

This would be a town for us. We dont even have a bus system. I like a small town not tons of ppl all that traffic. Houses 600.000 no thank you. Looks nice to walk your dog . Little stores. I like not tons of resturant i cook . So if we go out once every 2 months great. Temp perferct. Peaceful no cars flying and squealing down the street yup this is it
