Amazing tutorial. I'm not even halfway through yet and I'm already becoming confident enough to create my own experiments. I have to pause and rewind the video so many times lol - you've managed to pack a LOT of learning into 2 hours here.

Very nice tutorial. there are a few steps that seem like muscle memory for you that beginners might have trouble with. I had to look 3 times for example that you pushed the little blue thing on the output to get it to show in the TOP viewer. but it might also be just me beeing dense XD Edit: And I cant for the life of me get the camera to display the geometry. it seems to be -inside- of the geometry and when I try to move the camera the geometry follows

I had the same problem. Just add a Pbr-Material, drag it onto the second geo (geo2) and click on "Parm: Material". That did it for me ;)

My circles look different when first rendering, they are grey instead of black. not sure how you got them to be see through, also I had to add a light comp to see anything, and a phong mat to assign the const to the geometry material. any idea what I missed?

I'm just learninf TD, seen other videosthat were more theory oriented, and then this one. I'm glad I stumbled upon it, because it shows the workflow, while the other one was really good but for understanding what operators do and why. Good job!

Great video! I learned a lot :), there are a few things I want to mention: - I'm using TouchDesigner 2022 right now and my "Feedback" window looks different- it doesn't have the opacity parameter. - The video has a lot of graphical artifacts that make it hard to read sometimes. Edit: The closest effect I can find is now called "feedbackEdge" and is located in the "ImageFilters" folder

Where you added a value at 0.005, I found it was better (and more similar to your eventual output) by using 0.05 instead!
