except remote start times out and you still can't change any options from the app. It's basically a remote monitor which is nice but would be so much better if they would allow you to change the cycle, enable wrinkle-care, set it to start on a delay, etc..

When spinning my own, there is this jerking sound it gives, and the sound is so disturbing that i and my aunt will have to hold the machine not to hit any thing. So i don't know if you can actually explain why it jerks. I wish i can show you the video of the sound it makes

You probably haven't removed the transportation bolts at the back they cause the vibration and should be removed once the machine is transported. I hope this helpsa

Drum is on the springs from the top. Unattached 2 screws from top cover on the back of washing machines. Pull cover to the back. You will see drum and springs. You can push it a little so you see if it is working well or hit something.

It fills upto the desired level as per the wash cycle selected, although I have never seen it fill the full srum

I bought a 12Kg Hisense, I'm just on my first load which is over 2 hrs😳 long!!! Is it possible the user sets the length of time for a programme or does the machine select the duration time for each different cycle. Right now I'm hating the fact that my black garments have been in water for too long, maybe they'll be grey when the cycle ends🙆🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

@@mercibiney37 since this is a fully auto washer, the time needed to wash your fabrics varies. you cant reduce the time to your desired time settings. also the time will depend on the cycle selected
