Great question! I personally do this because it helps to prevent breakage and dryness. You want your locs to bud and mature, so you don’t need to deep condition or anything - but misting is still important for durability!

@KearaSheree , Understood , I responded to your video, because I started my braid locs my self and been loc for 7 years now no breakage no thinning,dryness no oils, I use Dr.Locs organic products leave in . I just admire my sisters that have braid locs. Peace Pansy
