🌻 Dean sure has a dreamy voice. So beautiful. My heart melts listening to him. Thank you Dean Martin. You have a wonderful way of relaxing listeners. A real Crooner. ❤️⚘️❤️⚘️❤️ Greetings from Australia. ❤🇦🇺

I am as much of a Bing Crosby admirer as anyone and probably more than most. But I strongly recommend that anyone listen to the recording of this marvelous song by its composer, Charles Trenet. He was the most popular French singer in the 1930s. His recording of "La Mer' was deservedly the second most popular French song of the pre-rock era, after only Edith Piaf's "La Vie en Rose." On KZbin, there is a live recording of Trenet singing "La Mer." It is interesting, but I recommend the recorded version, which I believe is definitive.

Sinatra is my fave but he never recorded this song. Frank brings so much to every song he did. Now Perry who is my mom's favorite has a "better" voice which to me means just so smooth & melodic just like Nat and Dean. It's a beauty that just melts you. Guys like him just make you swoon and I love that.

I’m a big Bing Crosby fan, but have to say it’s not a patch on Perry Como’s version.

I usually like original versions of songs better than remakes or re-records , but this is my favorite version of this song , more so than Simon & Garfunkel , Elvis Presley , or anyone else who recorded this song .

Oh Ms.Beverely Kenney. I found about her almost 8 years ago begginning of highschool when i got into playing music randomly on KZbin looking for songs to sample. Being a new kid in a new school after moving away in the winter really made me feel lonely and i could feel what she was singing. She should have been here longer to make more an impact- RIP.

I go to sleep every night listening to Perry Como singing And I Love You So. It is my message to my husband who has gone on before me. I am now 92 and miss him so, but I thank the Lord that we had 64 years, five months, and twenty days of a wonderful life together.
