I do this once a week and I’m so glad I found you. On Saturday my electricity went out for a minute but the ninja did not go back to the settings to the fermentation process. Do you happen to know how to set it or get it to the part again? I did not find a good way to keep the temperature correct so I lost that entire batch😢

Sorry just one more question, for years since I was a kid my dad made “Greek style chicken” we call it that but it’s simply chicken thighs marinaded in salt and pepper cooked in olive oil squeeze of lemon juice and a side of cucumber tomato bit of feta etc. is chicken skin a good form of fat for keto or bad?

I'm very jealous of people like you who can go "oh, we've got X in the fridge haven't we, we can use that". I'm the sort who has to meticulously plan every meal lol. If it's in the fridge, it has a specific purpose. I can't just buy stuff and then work it out later. It's not even a budgeting thing, just an organisation thing.

I am really looking forward to making these, but I had a couple of thoughts: Would a pasta roller work? And would it be simpler to roll the entire batch out (either in a pasta roller or with a rolling pin) as one sheet, and cut wrappers? ANd oooooh, last question, have you tried cooking these like potstickers -- steaming and pan frying?

They didn't puff up as much if you missed out the drying process. Some might end up very hard.
