“YOU NEVER HEARD TELL OF A BOOT?” is just brilliant. He plays it off like a funny impression on the fly but the fact that there’s absolutely NOTHING coherent about that response shows how far gone the old man is. -bringing up spelling when norm was talking about placement -thinks someone wouldn’t know what a boot is -refers to a boot as if its some mystical object who’s likeness is often discussed in passing amongst travelers and merchants Norm was so great I miss him

When you go reverse, from the Fiumicino airport to Florence SMN station, do you get on the train from the platform where you get off the train? Is this same train station to go to Roma termini by Leonard express train? I've been looking for how to get on this train from Rome airport to Florence. Yours is as close as I've been looking for. Thanks!

It's the same station. There are three platforms up there. Just make sure to get on the correct train.

The dunes hotel was a sad loss to Vegas… iconic with its Dunes sign outside. Can’t believe they flattened that as well! It should of been saved the sign alone

Lived in Vegas briefly in 95. I had a sessional job at the Grand Canyon before moving there. I was able to see The Landmark implosion. It's always sad to see these old Vegas hotels bite the dust. Unfortunately the same fate awaits the recently closed Tropicana.

When Duke Snyder hit his 400th home run. He get's a small article on page 4 in sports section. Jim( who has 99 home runs) exclaims " just wait till i hit my 100th. Everybody will know about it oast to coast". Sure enough, Jim hits his 100th and celebrates by running the bases backwords! Sure enough, all sports pages coast to coast has a pic of Jimmy on page 1 running the bases backwards. Fans loved it. Stengal hated it. Commissioner was pissed. New rule: no one is allowed to run bases backwards anymore. Wtg Jim!

My favorite real life story was when Jimmy was called out on strikes(bad call). Jim looks at the umpire and pulls out a squirt gun, points it at the ump and ump faints. Nobody at first knew what to do? Way to keep em guessing Jimmy. lol
