Here is something else which they, I assume, know, but perhaps you do not. The title "Don't Crush That Dwarf..." likely comes from a small photo in the inside cover of the 1966 Dylan album "Blonde on "Blonde". Check it out. Dylan is holding a pair of pliers as well as a small framed picture. What do you think about the person in that picture?
@berniedropstheneedle6846 сағат бұрын
Fascinating. not sure who the woman is Lizzie Borden? But that doesn't equate with dwarf. If you know, I would like you to share.

Your channel is awesome. I only recently found it. I discovered the Motown sound thanks to my older brother, who lived in the US during the mid sixties. I cannot listen to this music without thinking of him. As someone said: "Music is the closest thing we have to a time machine.". 🙂

Thank you glad you found us. I agree with your statement about the time machine and music. Music always takes me back. Tell your friends about the channel. Hope you can watch some of the other episodes and remember Keep a rockin'

Great stuff! I know Mardi Gras gets a hard time due to the comparisons of all that came before but I really don't think Creedence has a bad song in their catalogue of 7 albums. All killer! 😁👍

I always love revisiting Creedence. Fogerty was the best.

It's wild to me how enjoyable the first side of this album is compared to the second side. I don't listen to the progress suite either. It has some nice moments but, on the whole, is just not something I'm going to spend my time on. I once read a review that said "shut this off halfway and you'll think it's a masterpiece". That pretty much sums it up 😂

Since the needle never gets drpped, why is this called "Bernie drops the needle"??
@berniedropstheneedle684Ай бұрын
The needle is dropped at the beginning of every episode. When I started a few years back the idea was to include the music, KZbin will not allow that copyright issues. I get it. That is why I include spotify playlists. That's your answer.

Mc Cartney is without doubt the hardest working man in music / showbiz there has ever been and ever will be. He says himself that when people ask him why he carries on working at, 60, 70, 80, his stock reply is that "For me, it's not Work". IMO, he is the most talented man in Music we've ever seen.

My husband David Nelson often wondered if Elton John remembered the 1st Pie Fight "Live and in Color" as he would recount the story. He was the one who made and supplied the Pies for the first event. David passed this year and only now are we finding any media on it. He would have loved to have seen this. Thank you for posting this special to us story..
