it's to simple go to your adobe folder in that select after effects folder again in that there is a folder name of supportive file in that folder you have to go deep down alphabetically end of d alphabet and its a application extension just cut it from that folder and paste it outside of after effects folder and _old restart you software

Bro python error happens when you use a addon which is not compatible with the current version of blender you are using. Check if the addon is upto date.

Then you will need to seperate each tires. You can do that by selecting the tire in edit mode then select all vertices then click-P and seperate loose parts.
