However, it is not natively compatible with iPhones or iPads. If you want to use external storage with an iPhone, you typically need drives that are specifically designed for iOS compatibility, often featuring Lightning connectors or wireless connectivity. If you're using Android you need to follow this: Your Android device must support USB On-The-Go (OTG) to connect the external drive directly. Most modern Android phones do support this feature. The Game Drive is usually formatted for Xbox, which might be in a specific format (like exFAT). If it's not compatible with your Android device, you may need to reformat it, but this will erase all data on the drive. While you can use the drive for general file storage, accessing games installed on it from an Xbox is not possible on Android. You can use it for storing other files or media. The Seagate Gaming PlayStation are officially licensed for PS4 and PS, could work with computer, but the device are not designed for ir. The setup process is quite similar to that for the PS4. Here’s a quick guide to get you started: Connect the Drive: Plug the Seagate Game Drive into one of the USB ports on your PS5. Format the Drive: The PS5 will prompt you to format the external drive. Follow the on-screen instructions to format it for use with your PS5. Move or Install Games: Once formatted, you can move games from your internal storage to the external drive or install new games directly onto it. Keep in mind that while you can store and play PS4 games directly from the external drive, PS5 games need to be transferred back to the internal storage to be played.
