@@_hello_dear_ Trust me, I know what that feeling is. I never went up on stage in my school most years through college as well. Absolutely scared to even think of talking to people and I still struggle to do so today but it has gotten a lot better. Work on yourself, I am assuming you don't workout as well. Read the book Atomic Habits, and start implementing it to follow good habits. Eat and sleep well, get in good shape. Working out, especially gym, released feel good hormones. Eventually you will give up on what people think of you. Keep pushing yourself, then you will regret nothing.
