i read somewhere that white bedrooms help sleep and yellow nurseries make babies cry. but white rooms look a little stark to me, although beautiful in magazines. i just want to avoid hospital or clinic-core lolol

The salt Water jar, are u letting it sit for the whole year. Are u adding more salt and water through out the year right? Ty

@@tinamadsen3853 Yes until the next Feng Shui New year in February. You may need to add more water if it gets too low but no salt :)

Hi love! I LOVE it so so much. It takes some getting used to but the community and culture here make it so much easier I find than moving to a new area in the states. I would say the best expat locations are Todos Santos in Baja, La Paz in Baja, Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, and La Cruz. I am in La Cruz which is in Puerto Vallarta and it is the perfect blend of lazy Mexico town and a community. Puerto Vallarta area has more digital nomads in their early to mid thirties. Every area has its own vibe and that is what has brought me here. I am going to be exploring Oaxaca at the end of this year so more insight to come! <3

Hi Alexia, I would add a lovely bamboo or money tree in the Wealth side and pairs of two items on the relationships side. The pairs can be anything from matching crystals to bird statues. Be creative and focus on anything that inspires you or symbolizes love!

I moved to Mexico also, central. Throwing stuff out and give stuff away was a hard thing. I used a book called Throw It Away by Guru Notebooks to think through if I wanted to really keep it or not.

I have a question, our front door of our house is located about 10 feet away from a pretty busy road. We do not use it because we have another entrance in the back of the house. There is a lot of wind going by because of the cars. Should we open that door? I don’t really know exactly what question to ask… I would like to crest more abundance for my healing business. I feel Money is leaving fast.

Hi libby! As a rule of thumb it is always good to use your front door from time to time to activate the energy and Chi into your home. To ward off the energies from the busy street you can place a metal Windmill or Kinetic spinner. Also, do you have a bathroom in the center of your home by any chance? Or any leaky faucets?

Does it have to be a real flower or could it be a picture or another representation of a flower?

A picture would also work, but keep in mind the flowers bring in real life energy so the effect is different. If you need more life in your home real flowers are better to enhance the Chi. If you only want to add to the Yin energies then art is great for that!

Fire element is good to bring in romance but not too much as this can disturb the energies. Hints of reds, oranges, or purple. Candles are great too ;)
