We have machined tool steel 38HRC material and after Roughing of 10 parts the tool was just like new.

Hi Alex, from memory we attached a gopro to the Z axis with a suction cup mount for the first op, then to the side window for the second op.

Agreed, we only had 1 source of Air Blast, ideal is 3 at 120 degrees apart.

That is often the problem with trochoidal strategies. For the pocket i would prefer a tool with internal coolant through the center of the tool. I have one question: How do you clamped the part? Have the clamping jaws tooth or are they smooth?
