The heat has kept me from getting in my regular rounds but I've gotten acclimated a bit now so there should be more coming. Also, softball is starting back up so those will be coming again as well. Thank you for the thoughtful constructive criticism. Could definitely be one of the issues... When I can I want to tag you so you can see a video of my BH form from 4 years ago... Was night and day. I think I've just gotten very lazy and just figured why worry about my BH when my fh can get the job done.... Not a good way of looking at it especially since I'd like to get back to having a good BH again.

I do things a little different than most people. I don't use a camera, rather a cell phone. I have tried several through the years and landed on a Samsung S8. I use it only for recording rounds of DG and Softball BP. I like the aspect ratio. I have several GoPro's but found it's much harder to see the flight of the disc with them than it is with the S8. I can post edit if I really want to zoom in on the flight so it works out ell. It's attached to my Zuca and works great so I can play and film. The mic I recently got is really neat too. It came with an adaptor that plugs into the S8 and then I have 2 wireless lapel mics that appear to have a REALLY decent range on them. Granted this was only the first time using them. Thank you! Weird story....I used to have what I thought was a pretty decent Backhand. I felt I hit a wall and got a little bored with DG after 7 years....I stopped playing for a year and bought a kayak and did a lot of Bass fishing. After a year I hungered for some DG. But, when I came back I discovered my BH form was....for lack of a better term, broken. So, since then I have been leaning on my FH. Instead of doing the hard work I originally did to get a decent BH, lol. Now I am stuck! I'm planning on hitting the field and putting in the work to get my BH back before Spring.....watch my FH fall apart now! Anyway, thank you!

Need a lot of help with forehand.. been playing 1.5 years now.. great upshot’s.. know much discs pretty well.. putting Is pretty good.. need help maybe with drives mainly.. I guess you’ll see when we play together

@@johnmcdougal8946 I play most weekdays around 9 AM. At least I am usually free to play then. Add me on Facebook and we can set up a round. Just getting a round of yours on video and watching your form is a good start. It helped me a lot. Still working on bringing my BH back to what it once was myself. That would be the most awesome thing ever if this was an official tourney round. I'm sure it would spark a massive debate (depending on what division you were in) but according to the rules, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't count as a throw... just like throwing it up in the air and catching it.

I have a friend who has thrown a backwards tee shot multiple times. He’s not a bad disc golfer from a skills standpoint (he can throw 300ft and make decent putts) he just has no mental game and does the dumbest things if someone gets in his head
