Total environment is the worst kind of experience anyone can ever have, they are cons and if you fall prey to their sale , you are doomed for next 10 years, they are liars and have a shameless CRM team, especially Abhijit Lahiri, vinitha periera and Joby ranjan, they will first con you into the deal and then watch how they would screw your life... We are extremely disappointed customers of this rubbish property. I would give the minus rating ... It's better to buy house from 2 tier or 3 tier builders, atleast you would have ahouse one day but this total environment is shameless property company who have no value for your time and money, all they care about is sucking customers blood to flourish their own company. We are struggling to get out of this property but getting tortured in every way

Not just late , after 10 years minimum till then they will make you pay emi, their nonsense sub vention scheme is only to get the deal and after that just how they will ruin your life

The owners of TE are shameless and useless builders and have hired a team of goons , they have money to pay fat salary to CRM team and sales team but keep postponing the PEMI amount promised by them and you can very well forget about the completion and possession of the house

What about the progress on Workcation PORR Whitefield. That project is supposed to be completed by 31st March 2023 and I have stopped receiving update on that project now. Is that still on track? While I am no expert but looking at the condition now it doesn't look like the project will be done by early next year. If that's the case will TE still pay the rent promised for 3 years?
