Consumption factor is based on types of DG, , oem coupling, connected load , RPM, frequency and especially hands on experience. It is also validated by one of well reputed DG manufacturers after watching my video which confirmed their product tech specs Best regards Best regards

You are referring to assumption the DG is 100% efficient. If let says it is only 80% generating energy, then 0.26 liters / 0.8=0.325 liters per kWh. What it says, it consume more diesel just to produce 1 kWh electricity. Unless your 0.26 liter per kWh has already accounted for inefficiency. Load is only talking about how long it runs, not efficiency

I m not saying here that dg is 100% efficient. FOS of any machine is 20% as per gep. Dg assemler designs it on 100% load. But keeping overload n underload norms, it is more efficient at 75% load considering all balanced loads on three phases. It is just like the Car having 240KMH meter, cannot run on 240KMH constantly. So watch again this video carefully where at the end i addressed such issue Best regards

If it is not functioning properly, loss of air pressure, oil mixing in air due to eroded moving parts, abnormal noise and excessive vibrations due to eroded parts So it is recommended to go overhauling of compressor, ring piston change liners change connecting rod change valve change, head facing and allied machining works etc Best Regards

20 rpm NAHI hota. DG normal RPM are 1500 and high upto 1800. It can control from AVR by resitting frequency at 50HZ if is is not adjusted to desire rpm, pls check governor functioning and also check fuel injection system thoroughly and calibrate if required. oil pump malfunctioning also shows this problem, check rotor chrome of pump as well Best Regards

It was done during raining season. In dry summer hot weather when humidity is less than 20% , dewatering is required to make good connection in earthpit. Normally we do earthing when water table is reached depending upon region wise site constraints. Water table is available from 20 feet to 350ft normally in Pakistan Best Regards

This video is mentioning the aspects of excessive vibration level The peoples have hands on experience and dealing with maintenance of Genset are well aware of that. Further, if you will judge here the intensity of vibrations creating due to non availability of fasteners in canopy and foundations pads and also weak anti vibration pads between Genset & canopy base frame you can't ask to do so. You can easily asses vibration while switching ON (start) and switching OFF DG which leads to damage engine coupling, engine legs, foundations, and other allied accessories of DG etc. I have uploaded another video on same issue by using of vibration meter to measure vibration level. You can easily understand what I am doing there for. I will uploaded soon the video where DG legs were damaged due to excessive vibrations. C3 clearance of 50mm ID bearing is greater than Normal clearance. The values of minimum radial clearance is 0.023mm (23microns) and max radial clearance is 0.043mm (43micron) for ball bearing.similarly for other types of bearing, min and max clearances will be slightly changed in thous. For for 40mm Id (6208/6308/6008). min and max C3 bearing clearances will be 0.015mm(15micron) and 0.033mm (33microns) respectively Further, standard/normal clearance of 50mm ID bearing ( 6010/6210/6310) will be 0.008mm(8 microns) and 0.028mm (28microns) respectively Best Regards
