This is a model home so I don't have a purchase price, but I will mention it going forward. The two story townhomes are still available. I will go back and put the prices in the descriptions. Lol...Sorry about that! That road leads out of town and is very popular with muscle cars, motorcycles and big trucks in the warmer months.

Yes they are. West Lafayette in general is growing nicely. I would like to do a video on some newer neighborhoods now that the weather is changing.

Lafayette - Lower to mid middle class white, black, brown. West Lafayette - Mid middle class to wealthy white, asian.

That's an interesting take. West Lafayette is objectively more pricey than Lafayette, but both communities have their pros and cons. Demographics is simply a byproduct of employment and accessibility preferences. I'm happy to show you some very nice homes in Lafayette, or affordable homes in WL, if you or someone you know is in the market :)

@@livinglafayette Accessibility preferences? Doesn’t everyone prefer access to everything? Parts of my family have lived in Lafayette for over 100 years.

@@TravisKearney By accessibility I mean ease of access. Maybe I should have said ease of movement. If you like to ride your bike to work, you probably prefer to live fairly close. If you don't have a car, you want to live near a bus stop. West Lafayette and downtown Lafayette have more stops than outer areas, so they would be preferable for those who ride the bus.

Hi there! I can't really give a recommendation without further information. Are you wanting to purchase or rent? do you prefer downtown, or a neighborhood? What is your budget? do you prefer a renovated older home with a few apartments, a townhouse, or a larger apartment complex? As my work is mostly sales/purchases, I'm afraid I won't be much help in the rental department.

Hi there! Purdue University Indianapolis used to be IUPUI, a collaboration with Indiana University. They have split up, but Purdue maintains a small campus in downtown Indy. It's about 60 miles south east of the main West Lafayette campus. I don't think they offer dorms, but the curriculum is the same as the main campus.
