I don't understand. Really big sized rooms, except for the one place where you need the space to entertain guests, the living/dining room, which isn't even big enough to put a sofa in. This major flaw is a real deal breaker.

This is an interesting House, some things I really like and some really bad design choices with layout of the ground floor! I've never wanted to knock down a wall so badly in my life! Taking out the back wall that overlooks (but doesn't ) the pool. Then extending the ground floor, a nice glass wall so it actually overlooks the pool and the Orchard behind the pool! `Then you have a living room and a dining room area that is not so cramped! With a beautiful view that would make you sigh with contentment every time you turned your head! Not to mention the "Natural Light" that would be brought into the home! Like I said, interesting home.

Liked the information provided but having purchased property this year (2024) regarding the choice of currency exchange providers although I appreciate it was " what you've heard " regarding Wise Currency Exchange my experience of Wise was actually really good and practical to use. I was given a direct phone contact and a personal advisor was allocated that was extremely helpful and my exchange process was prompt and completed with no problems

House is ok, but a strange layout which may suit some. However it is located in a carpark right by the access road. Needs a fortune spending on pool and gardens.

Currently it is not possible to get permission for an in-ground pool on rustic land. This is why the current owners have gone for the current method of using the slope of the terrain to try and integrate an above-ground pool as best as possible.

Lovely property, ticks all the boxes. Are there any facilities within a 10-15 minute walk? A bar, shop etc, or is it residential only?

A shame. such a nice property, and you can't be bothered to pay someone to give a decent walk through. People want a guided tour without all of the transitions/video cuts, and you could tone down the crappy elevator music as well. I somehow get the feeling that half of the house was not shown. What about what appears to be a garage? What about the roof? What about the yard?

I actually liked the music very much, they shouldn't care about what people want, a person which might show interest can always get in touch with them for further inquiry. To do transitions and video cuts is the worst thing to do making videos like this, so great job for whomever created this nice footage.

@@simbarules777 Not so much the music itself as accepting the standard volume level - background music should be in the background. My problem with the video is that it has a very used car salesman feel to it... show all of the pretty parts, but for God's sake don't show the oil leaks under the hood or under the car, or the missing spare tire. In this case it would be the condition of the cantina, or attic, or water heater, pipes, wiring, etc. - and using someone else's footage is just lazy. Do a full personal guided tour on your property

Compared to this property, yes the vast majority of the houses we have are substantially more expensive. But, this is what there is available on the market and also what is demanded. We sell probably 5 or more houses over 200k for every house we sell under 100k.

This is a very nice house. I really like it. I don't know how all these people live in Spain without any air conditioners. That's odd😅 And that garden is a perfect spot for a nice pool and that would make this house perfect 👍
