What size motor did you use? I'm thinking about making one similar to yours only I want to use mine to pulverize dirt clods. Your design is similar to machines I saw for Sale on Ebay. There must be a call for them as they were all sold in a short time. And they weren't cheap either. $1650 which included shipping but still pricey. I've seen 5 hp electric motors on Ebay. Do you think that's enough hp to pulverize dirt? It would be almost impossible to get every little rock out so I'm wondering what would happen to those little rocks. Would this thing break them up? Also, I'm wondering what is the spacing between the seive screen and the beaters you got from Radura parts. 1/2" or farther or closer? Do you think it would be different for dirt than what you were pulverizing?

I grind cereals, sawdust and vegetable scraps. I don't understand what you want to grind with this mill. Earth? Stones? What is the resulting material used for?

😅I'm also wondering how you decided which blades to use. I went to Radura's site and there are tons of blades for every kind of cutting machine there is. What criteria did you use to determine which blades would work the best for what you're grinding? I would think the ones you used would be plenty adequate for pulverizing dirt even if a few rocks end up going through it. We'd try to get every rock out but that's almost impossible.

I used a 5 kw three-phase electric motor. I need a grinding mill for plant residues. The cheapest option was to buy mower blades. They are cheap and I can replace them very easily. After I built the mill, I did some tests and it works well with grain, sawdust, corn with cobs. I did not try to grind the pebbles.

Se poate lasa mai jos pickupul si se ridica mai sus tirantii. Numa ca aici nu mi-a functionat maneta hidraulica de la distribuitorul balotierei. Am facut cum am putut.

Puede haber varios problemas. Hay que desmontarlo y ver si las juntas están rotas. Puede haber algunos cuerpos extraños bloqueando las válvulas. Si hay juntas rotas entonces se deben reemplazar.

Cauciucurile nu au foat defecte, am schimbat doar suruburile pompei cu altele din inox. Spre surprinderea mea pompa inca mai functioneaza.

Works but good set of tyre levers would have been quicker .the right brought tool for pulling tyre off is much quicker

Puedes construirlo como quieras. La altura de la herramienta desbarbadora es de aproximadamente 25 cm. El eje roscado mide unos 16 cm, la tuerca 3 cm, el perfil interior 12, el exterior unos 15 cm. Las medidas son aproximadas.

Hello. You can make an injector tester from any hydraulic jack. I no longer know the dimensions at which I machined the cylinder on the lathe. You have to drill the piston at the base and make a cover in the upper part of the cylinder. On that cover you have to mount a pressure gauge and a pipe that goes to the injector.

Duza injectorului este noua. Daca faci presiune constanta atunci nu picura. Am facut eu proba sa vad la cat deschide si am apasat mai incet pe levierul cricului. Oricum pompa tractorului baga presiune constanta si se comporta mai diferit.

Существует несколько моделей домкратов. У одних система закрытия с шариком и пружиной, у других - своеобразный поршень с цилиндрической прокладкой, у третьих - конический поршень с пружиной.

So many people are afraid to work on injectors but once you understand them you don't need to be intimidated by them. I've torn my fair share apart and found that most of the time it's 1 of 4 things wrong with them, 1. Dirt, 2. weak spring, 3. The holes in the tip have worn due to spray eroding them larger & 4. The plunger or seat for the plunger worn.

You are right, it is very easy to repair an injector. You must have a device to check the pressure and a good tutorial where you can see how it is done.

to make food for chickens, a mold with holes of 3 or 4 mm is necessary. the easiest is to check the specifications of a granulator made by the factory and try to make something similar. I make pellets from vegetable scraps for the fire. the pellets must be very dry and pressed, that's why I have to reduce the revolutions to obtain pressed pellets.

Salut. Posibil ca pe pompa hidraulica de servo sa nu aiba capac cu supapa de suprapresiune si din cauza aceasta sa se fi defectat. Danfus nu am reparat si nu stiu sa zic care ar fi rezolvarea.

@@ioanpopa805 Pompa de servodirectie trebuie sa aiba capac cu supapa daca nu are atunci va strica danfusul. La pompa hidraulica nu este nevoie de capac cu supapa pentru ca are distribuitorul supapa de suprapresiune.

Hello. The pressure gauge is good. The problem was with the tap, diesel fuel went from the jack to the injector or from the injector to the pressure gauge. I canceled the tap function and now it works fine.
