An excellent video that makes philosophy so practical! Could you create a step-by-step guide on how to build a Stoic morning routine?

1/disrespect & Betrayal - eroding self esteem.and self worth Forgiveness to stop bitterness 2/ ghosting- cuts off all communication - Healthy rdhips built on trust and 3/ always having to be the centee of attention Self absorption taking credit for other work. Narcustic behaviour comes from childhood spoiling or neglect 4/ absent during You're time of need

I really appreciate the wisdom of stoicism.but I wish the terrible music would be a little bit quieter so I can hear what is being said properly.😊

1. Uncover your purpose. Align every action with your core values. 2. Master self-reliance. Harness inner power and control what you can. 3. Commit relentlessly. Show up every day. Consistency forger unbreakable character. 4. Embrace voluntary hardship. Choose discomfort deliberately to create unwavering resilience/discipline. 5. Conquer the dichotomy of control. Laser focus on what you can control and forget the rest. 6. Refuse the victim mentality. Take full responsibility of your reactions to life's challenges. 7. Tune out the nay-sayers. Pursue your path with fierce determination ignoring the doubters. 8. Daily self accountability. Reflect every day to ensure your action aligns with your highest values.

Nero now that’s an interesting character in Roman history. Some accounts say he didn’t start the fire but he’d already done so much twisted shit he got blamed for it rather if he was on his pleasure yacht or not, you could do an entire video on the plot to kill his mother. Nero and Caligula, the product of absolute power and inbreeding.

What happens is, an awesome academy award movie is created 2000 years later. Historically speaking, he didn't go evil, just lazy because of the pax romana achieved. That is why, his name "Comodus" evolved into nowadays word "confortable" or "cómodo" in spanish.

The barbarian invasions has already begun, in case you didn't notice. The Rome you don't know behind the Rome you know has never really felt. It moved to england and then to the US. All is the same, nothing different. The rapacity hidden behind the pseudo democracy will swing us down in the same way. It's made for that. The pyramidal structure of economy looks exactly like a ponzi scam. Instead of bringing a new fool to put his money on the ponzi, they print imaginary backed paper money and appropriate everything around based on a column of numbers written in a book. Heavy migration of unknown in the western countries is also part of the process. The memory is erased and the newcomers pay the debt of the previous clowns who were there before, us. Yeah, paying the debt of the white man... 🖕🤡👍
