Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. 2 Tim. 3:12. A great video reminding us of the truth: Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. Acts 14:22

I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine, I had to sleep without it the other night due to congestion. I kept having dreams where St Gabriel came and told me to breathe. As I'm not worthy of a saint's attention I'm sure it was my imagination, more me thinking of him I think. Pray for us, Saint Gabriel! Show us the way.

If our lamps are filled with oil-we have nothing to fear. We should always be alert, obey our Lord and his commandments, and exercise discernment. It is Christian Zionism and dispensational theology that are deceiving many, along with ecumenism and Islam.

Who is supposed to be the Marble King… is this the future Russian tsar?
@HolyOrthodoxy10 күн бұрын
This isn’t clear, but most likely it is the same person. Through him, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14) Right now, this hasn’t happened yet because there are too many Christian denominations and each is preaching their own interpretations. When the Marble King is revealed, he will preach the one true, authentic Orthodox Christian way as was (and still is within Orthodoxy) from the start with the Holy Apostles. ~Also St. John Maximovitch confirmed this: Fr. Seraphim Rose asked St. John Maximovitch a question he had been pondering: “Nearly all the peoples of the earth have had the Gospel preached to them. Does this mean that it’s the end of the world, as the Scriptures say?” “No,” replied St. John. “The Gospel of Christ must be preached in all tongues throughout the world in an Orthodox context. Only then will the end come.”

Orthodox Marble King?🤔
@HolyOrthodoxy19 күн бұрын
Yes there are prophecies from St. Paisios (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fonGY36Ho75glassi=CDS6qD7Q1PvAvbA6) and Elder Ephraim (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fonGY36Ho75glassi=CDS6qD7Q1PvAvbA6) etc. This “Marble King” will appear at the conclusion of WW3. This is not the Antichrist. The Antichrist will come after him. These are prophecies from modern Orthodox Saints and Elders.

The sign of the cross I learned was touch our forehead then the chest then the left shoulder and the last the right shoulder but in your instruction the right first then the left. Kindly correct me if I wrong.
@HolyOrthodoxyАй бұрын
In the Eastern Orthodox Christian Faith, we touch our forehead first then go down even below the chest to around the stomach (belly button area) then to the right shoulder and we finish by touching our left shoulder. Why right then left? Because we are asking the Lord to be on His right hand side (where the righteous souls will be) and not on His hand left side (where the unrighteous ones will be). Also it is much better to go downward towards stomach (step 2) because it makes a complete and proper sign of the Cross. Unfortunately, many do it sloppily or lazily or out of habitual ignorance and they do not make the sign of the Cross, therefore they are not blessed and protected by the Lord but rather the demons rejoice. I hope this explanation helps. ✝️

14:26 i had a dream seeing jesus riding a white horse and he had shining eyes. I also heard "dharik jesus", i never heard that word in my entire life and i translated it and it means king or ruler of land. How can my subconscious come up with a word that i never heard in my entire life and it somehow says jesus is king? It must be God then. Because it made me think about the 2nd coming of jesus, i tried my best to get closer to God. I transformed my lustful heart because of this so i think it might've been from God if it only helped me.
@HolyOrthodoxy2 ай бұрын
As per the warnings from the Holy Fathers (Saints), it can be from God but it your case it can possibly be from the evil one. The devil can suggest things and make it appear that it's from God... There are quite a few examples of this and of how some Saints wouldn't believe these signs/visions/dreams etc. because they were highly possibly from the devil. Always use caution and even if it is from the Lord, He wouldn't be upset with you, but He would commend you for being spiritually cautious.

I sincerely hope that God will spare us from hearing such distressing stories in the future. Stories of saints and their histories are like a balm for a wounded heart, offering solace and healing when the world feels too harsh.
