Yeah that bug was really annoying. Hopefully it's fixed in global, or at least the next time this comes around in JP.

Most clear teams listed in game had her, but I think I remember seeing swimsuit Mimori in few cases. In my opinion, the main things Akari brings are attack speed boost and efficiency boost. While those are good options, basically they translate to more damage, so any damage boosting special can likely replace her in general (assuming it's enough boost) And to be more specific, since there aren't many ways to boost efficiency, someone with attack speed boost are probably good (like Mimori as mentioned)

@@shiawasagi yeah, I am thinking of using S. Mimori just for the attack speed bonus but I am not really sure if it is enough since as you have stated, the efficiency boost should also be a key factor for clears.

It sure was. And I'm pretty sure it can be much faster, too.

In that case, I would replace her in team 1. Team 1 is much shorter, so Mika has more value in team 2.

@@warhammer8230 while I think it is possible to replace NY Fuuka, she is like fuel if Mika is like an engine. So maybe put Ui in team 2 in that case? You can spend a lot more time in team 1 because they just need to get the boss hp low enough for team 2. Or even deal more damage if team 2 struggles to get a clear.

Because how her EX skill is used in the fight, I think any replacement would change strat quite a bit. Looks like popular character when not bringing NY Fuuka is Hot Spring Shigure, and I also have another video where I got a 3 team clear with her. Hard to say. I could find only 1 example, and looks like they used whole bunch of teams to clear, which may or may not be because of Koharu. And there are couple more clears with 4 stars. I do remember restarting a lot, but that was more of bad RNG making it basically impossible to survive no matter how good Koharu's healing was, or not enough damage to cause groggy. This is all a guess, and not even a solid one at that, but I would say it is, strictly speaking, possible, but there will likely be more reset points, and I can't say how many. Don't know if it's as true as before, but Koharu is pretty good candidate for many contents when striker healer is needed, or when you don't know who to include, so it's not completely wasted if you upgrade her. As always, tho, you can wait until you give the fight a few tries before upgrading.

@@shiawasagi Thanks for the answer, I have all the units you got mostly same UE but some are slightly below or in Koharus case a ton below, only have 2.5k divine fragments to work with. I guess it's best to wait and try myself and upgrade what seems to be the most important.

Hold down the change target/focus move button. L1 on controller by default, and I'm guessing shift on keyboard by default (haven't played with keyboard)

I'd assume ue40 is not necessary. The relevant differences would be little bit of attack and better shield, but I don't think either are significant enough. Looks like some people cleared with 3 star, so I think team 1 is going to be more important in terms of clear. If ue30 can't clear, I don't think ue40 can help in this case.

I wanna say Aru strat felt pretty bad, but Wakamo strat wasn't that bad (maybe it is if you try to go for the optimal score). But there may be maid Aris strat that's even worse (I don't remember what the top rank strat was)

Reisa is not mandatory, and it can be done with other characters. I guess Mine is similar in terms of AOE defense down, and apparently there were clears with even Natsu.

If you mean the bar below the boss's HP bar, I'm guessing you mean how to reduce it because when it hits 0, the boss takes more damage for a period of time. It goes down by damage, and since you don't really use EX skills to do damage in this fight, it slows goes down over time. It naturally goes up by time, too, so you need to deal constant damage. And on top of that, it goes up when the red orb gets to the boss, so you want to break it before that. If you mean the pillars, and how to heal it up, you need to use EX skills. It doesn't take any other healing, but it doesn't have to be targeted healing as long as it's coming from an EX skill. For example, Atsuko's EX skill can heal it, but Ako's basic skill won't even target it.

I think it's going to be hard to replace her. Both her tanking ability and aoe healing are very valuable, and I can't think of anyone who can do both. You will likely need 2 characters to replace her, a tank and a healer, and I'm not sure how the team would look like. Quick search doesn't show an example.

@@labeeb1908 For torment, I wanna say you need at least UE 30, and even with UE 30, I think you would need a good RNG, or a second healer. I found 1 clear record that used 4* Atsuko, but they used rental Atsuko in their main team, and 4* was for a clean up at the end.

I remember having hard time keeping everyone alive, but I'm not sure if that was due to Atsuko's healing being short, or due to wrong character getting hit by RNG attacks. When in doubt, save your resources, run practices, and see if you can clear without upgrading.

You are probably correct. I'm not really good when it comes to micro optimizations like that, especially when I can get a clear easily. Checking it now, and if I counted the seconds correctly, the buffs should still be active for the EX afterwards, but I was more focused on not missing the EX skill at the moment, so that's why I delayed them until right before I use EX skills. Maybe those would have been enough to skip the last EX skill.

I used to use BlueStacks, but suddenly it felt really choppy on my computer, so I've been just using galaxy tab s7 plus since then. Don't remember exactly when I switched, but all the 16 by 10 aspect ratio videos are on my tablet, and the 16 by 9 ones are on BlueStacks.

Izumi is there for the number of hits. IIRC, her sub skill (extra damage based on her remaining HP) counts separately from her auto attacks, and her unique gear increases the number of hits of her basic skill. I'm not 100% sure on those, but her base number of hits is still pretty high. Most straight forward replacement of Meru would be Miyu, who I also use in my strat, so that's not gonna work unless you can get close enough, or even outright clear with 2 teams. Pina has a pretty fast attack speed, but her alone is probably not enough. There are strats where you rent Meru and use Mika only once, and that might actually be better. Basically, team 2 and 3 are swapped minus Mika. Don't remember exactly why I didn't do that, but I probably couldn't get it done without a second Mika at the time. And the reason I swapped team 2 and 3 is because Mika deals more damage the more remaining HP the enemy has.

No. When you use the ticket, you have 1 hour, and within that hour, you can use as many teams as you need. You just can't use the same characters twice except the one you are renting

Not me, tho. Either way, it was inevitable because players keep getting stronger, so the enemies need to be stronger, too. First insane to first torment was little over a year, so I assume we will see a new difficulty soon.

Maybe not in the same exact strat/time line, but should be able to get a clear without get. Fina/Pina is the first one that comes to my mind. She has fast attack speed, so she should help keeping the debuff stack up. If the missile phase takes longer, and missiles destroy the resort, Momoi, Midori, and Cherino can be a good choice, too. Or you can take a healer for the missile phase. The turrets are really good at defending as long as they have hp left.

A direct replacement is probably really hard because of her unique basic skill. The closest replacement is likely new year Haruka for boosted meter gain, but she doesn't do much outside of that, and you will be 5 ex meters short in total throughout the fight, so the timing will be quite different. There may be completely different strats that doesn't rely on Shiroko.

@@Dazulolwarrior Kikyou for sure, but I don't think Renge is really mandatory for Kurokage as long as you can clear with 2 teams. The thing is, there just haven't been enough sonic focused contents, so it could change in the future. So for now, I'd say Renge is more of a nice to have, and roll if you can afford, or if you want to have her in clean up teams for Kurokage.

I just noticed I didn't actually put the correct title. It's elimination raid, which means boss has 3 armor types, and torment difficulty is available for only 1 of them. This time, it was heavy armor type, which means Mika can shred enemies.
