Asalamu Alaikum Wr Wb pls forgive me, as I am new at learning Quran with tajweed. I do not see a fat’hatayn at the end of the surah in my kitab, I see a با with fat’ha and small م on top. Is that the same as fat’hatayn? Jzk for clarification
