Please tell me you didn't do all of that work just to create a few pdfs and videos on youtube for some school project. If you just did this for an assignment at least sell your work, there's still a need for affordable motion capture for indie devs who don't have the cash for multiple kinects

Yes, we are working on this. BTW, with a better blendshape model, the results could be further improved.

Are you making any assumptions about how human eyes tend to gaze in order to improve the result? For example, both eyes' lines of sight should converge on a point.

Which TOF camera did you use? Was it off the shelf type or self build? What is the tracking range? Is it similar to kinect with just a sweet spot, or does it have the capability to track a larger area?
