This needs to go viral as not much has changed apparently, people can (and still are) getting charged with indictable offenses with 0 evidence and having their lives ruined over false allegations. Think it can't happen to you think again. :/

Hathaway seems to incorrectly attribute the work "The Ordinary Virtues: Moral Order in a Divided World (2017)" to M. Walzer, however this should correctly be attributed to Michael Ignatieff. Am I wrong?

Just revisited the video - in his speech he correctly cites Michael Ignatieff. The presentation is wrong.

I attended this Robson Hall Faculty of Law Distinguished Visitors Series lecture live and in-person! Mr. Mullins-Johnson answered questions from the audience to conclude this public lecture, and he was very calm and composed in demeanour in that segment, too. He was out for years already, but the tone just felt a bit chilling.

Human Rights law is being destroyed by corrupt local governance that abuses the law.. then employ local Police force to enforce illegal rules and regulations. .these people are dangerous and should be put in jail for being corrupt officials..

Global system of law is Human rights and Freedoms and Common Law . Statutes, regulations, and legislation is in conflict with Human rights and Freedoms and Common Law. Legal pluralism is in conflict with Human Rights and Freedom and Common Law. The more I listen to this , it sounds like a path to limit , abridge and abrogate Human Rights and Freedoms. International is not tolerant of domestic pluralism. Legal plurity is in conflict with sovereignty. This guy is trying to sell domestic law which enslaves the people. If you have a beautiful healthy green lawn , this guy is selling weeds , many different kinds of weeds

I am a survivor of a failed false child sexual allegation. I have met with Bill many times. Fully understand what he struggles with as do I. Forever, changed by a woman who with other women conspired to have me jailed. Even my own lawyer was paid off by my ex wife's family to work against me. He is dead. Kevin Dunsmuir. Karma. I was going to sue him, but never harboured any ill feelings. I owe my life to Doug, a former OPP officer of 30+ years, a PI I hired, who advised me to tape-record everything. I did and captured the conspiracy by a number of women who wanted to see me destroyed, jailed and killed. I thank the female Judge who did not believe the lie my ex wife put into the form of an affidavit, where she committed perjury in an attempt to gain custody of our children, control of our matrimonial home, and a lifelong source of income by way of spousal and child support. She failed on all counts. I succeeded, but remain damaged by the false allegation because women are empowered to do these things. In Bill;s case, CAS was involved. She, the CAS worker wanted Bill dead!!! Imagine having to survive this hell? It truly never ends. I know.

I wen to high school with Bill and he was no different than any other teenager there. He has not changed hardly at since the time at Sir James Dunn in the Soo. I was so pleased and overjoyed when I heard he was not guilty and in the process of being back home. I saw him one day in a local coffee shop but I resisted approaching him and let him be, instead.
