I wonder if you could still get this. Looks very useful!

The shots taken from a far does not help and adds nothing to the video. The close-up demo shots is what helps

Hi again, I looked all over the web and could not find them except in Europe. Changed the blade, sharpened the blade and it is just not working :(. Any luck on your end?

@@BW2Color.Stephanie Whoa! Sorry to hear that. Maybe clear your cookies, in case you can't respond I'll tell you how. Click on Chrome (upper right corner of your screen) and you will see "Delete browsing data") Chrome will go through the process after, you have to Close Chrome then reopen. I would also restart my computer. You will have to sign into any sites you use with your username and password. If you don't have Chrome, I'm sure any web browser you use will have the same function.

I love your video! Not only is it informative, it's also so sweet. Your daughter's help is precious. I just got my Zutter from Amazon, and I really like it. Although I have read (and reread) the entire instruction booklet, I am having a bit of difficulty cinching the owire into a nice even row of circles. Your demonstration and tips are most helpful. I know there's a learning curve involved, so I'll keep at it. Thank you, and I hope your little Brownies enjoyed your project.

The camera should be BEHIND you and closer. It would be nice to see the completed bow, but you remove it and end the video without showing the bow. Also, It would be nice to see a video, with camera BEHIND you, showing how to make a bow with two loops (one bow) in back with a smaller two-loop bow in front. Thank you.

I bought this and it doesn't fit inside the punching channel, any way I try to slide it in, it doesn't go all the way down, the bar is wider than the channel and it gets stuck midway, I was so disappointed! what a waste of money

Really BAD idea to give a tutorial with annoying music playing in the background. I want to hear what she is saying and learn how to use the product. The music is HORRIBLE!!!

I like that system, sadly its difficult to get for european crafters. I am happy to have gotten the smaller art bin version. Of course I had to pay twice as much as americans pay. Unfair but better than not getting one at all

What is the capacity of the version 2? The video says it's 35% more than version 1, but I can't find the capacity for version 1 anywhere, either, including the Zutter website. Would it be able to punch through hardcover book covers? I also tried (but ultimately returned) the Cinch version 2 because it punched ragged holes, and didn't live up to its 20 sheet punching capacity.

I am looking at your video and I now realize why mine does not work properly. My black paper tray came installed upside down. This is why the cut paper coming out of the machine keeps getting snagged on the lifted part at the end of the tray and making the paper cut crooked. I have to lift each sheet of paper above where it would get snagged as it's comes out of the machine. Is there a way to pop this tray off and switch it without breaking it? I've tried to see it would pop out with a little gentle tugging but it doesn't feel like it wants to release.
