To be fair and to round it up I think the Oneplus 12 did an exceptional overall job with consistency in the photo... I'm so close to pulling the trigger on one. It would be an upgrade from my trusty Xiaomi Redmi note 10 pro... Regards Jacob

This is a rare case where i came across a cam phone that beats a pixel in terms of natural colors.

i think the pixel has now a pro function where you can choose the lens that you want to shoot with, meaning that even during nighttime when the tele lens might not be automatically triggered, you can manually switch to it. A bit of a headache, but at least you get the option, probably unlike the iphone...

i do agree with you, selfie camera only for video calls, coudlnt agree more (for common phone). but for flip phone. i can do selfie with rear cam. thats why im happy with my flip5

oh and btw the 3x looks a bit worse on the Oppo because it's not a 3x, it's a 2.8x that gets cropped to 3x haha!

Both have done a great job in terms of details however color balance is for X100

Iphone processing looks absolutely horrible. The fact that their photos have a lot of noise even at base iso tells you how much overprocessed they are.

Both are good but when Xiaomi updates its software and post processing, it will produce better shots as the Xiaomi has better camera hardware.

How better is x100 ultra compared to x100 pro? Would be nice to see a comparison between these two

Literally all those side-by-side photos, the Pixel 9 Pro XL photos looked a lot better and pleasing to the eye. The iPhone 16 Pro photos looked flat, lifeless, and unattractive. There is a reason why the Pixel camera every year wins the blind camera test award. Pixel's color accuracy is unmatched. Tried the iPhone's Photographic Styles, but they can't compete. Don't fall for the Pixel hate.

I just have one doubt for the x100 ultra, i know it’s a chinese rom, so in india does the play store, google apps and specifically upi apps like google play work?

Also to be sure what lens you are using for the telephoto on the pixel, go into settings on pro mode and choose manual mode foo. You will have control on lens selection

Pixel will always be the best. Has been since it's inception. It wins every blind camera test every year. Even the budget pixels. iPhone sucks. Just terrible with these pics

Seems like x200 pro is around the same as the x100 ultra, but has issues with lens flare due to large aperture. Is it worth waiting for the xiaomi 15 ultra if it gets the same 200mp telephoto? Though I enjoy the colors of vivo, I dont know if it is worth to get with lens flare 😔

Compared my 1+12 vs S24Ultra in the shop, and was amazed how 1+ was better in colors and overall picture on main and telephoto lens.

Very nice. The OnePlus 12 is not a flagship killer but a flagship challenger. The lack of color profiling on OP 12 *and* the detail preservation on the X100 U are the gaps.

Its iPhone who gives true to life photos and later massive editing option available in photos app (or you can do it while clicking photo) vs Xiomi gives filter and edited photos. Its you who need to decide what you like. For Telephoto Apple needs to add 48 megapixel telephoto coz now iPhone is getting hit in telephoto a lot.
