Thanks for your feedback..yes, I enjoy katha in Hindi most..but this is for US population who don’t speak Hindi. It’s better that they get to atleast hear knowledge of Ramayana 🙏

When you live in a small town there is nobody to teach you! That was my case. I studied the retroperitoneal anatomy and began by myself and the general surgeon that helps me. We prefer the medial approach, but it's best to learn and practice the three main approaches: anterior, lateral and medial. I am very happy to be able to do this key procedure and I do It routinelly too. Thank you very much for posting this vídeo!
