Strange that histamine is cited as an issue, but most of the highest histamine foods (fermented/aged foods) are cited as GOOD for the gut. Yes I know there's not a 1:1 correlation between consuming histamine & blood histamine levels, but it definitely has an effect since some people are intolerant of these foods due to their histamine levels. 30g of fresh Thyme contains about 1g of Luteolin, 30g of dried thyme contains even more. A single 175g granny smith apple contains over 1g of Rutin. If you just consume a handful or two of fresh or frozen berries & use the common herbs & spices (Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Basil, Oregano, Ginger, Cinnamon, ) daily, you'll be getting basically all of the active compounds & flavonoids from these supplements plus way more. Just eat real whole food, use herbs & spices & you'll have plenty of these flavonoids.

I suspect sleep duration is more comorbid with other longevity decreasing factors than causative... especially in the case of long sleep duration. This is most common in depressed people & a depressed person is likely to make poor long term choices in general because they don't care about the future much. Their diet & exercise will both be terrible in most cases. Short sleep duration is probably more causative as sleep dep has all kinds of nasty effects on inflammation markers & cortisol.

12:28 Bismuth Subsalycate (pink liquid) is not an antacid. I coats the stomach lining, reducing irritation & inflammation. If anything this most likely aids in digestion. It also has a mild anti-bacterial effect. These factors are a key reason it is used as part of triple/quad therapy for H Pylori.

As with all raw materials, each batch is tested upon reception for identity, potency, a complete panel of solvent residues (~32 compounds), heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium) and microbial contaminants dependent upon risk. All plant derived compounds/herbal extracts are also tested for a complete panel of pesticide residues (~70 compounds). I want to know why the Liposomal Glutathione is the price it is. It is very steep. Does this signify a significant cost in the supply chain or is there something about this particular supplement that requires additional time or expertise? All other providers of this supplement are less than half the price. What constitutes the justification for the difference in price on this? Any advice would be great.
