Yes it's a less-than-ideal part of the deal with the free version of KZbin. Your best option currently for ad-free viewing is to subscribe to Premium. If you don't fancy another subscription cost I will soon be making the meditations available for digital download to keep for personal use. This however wouldn't help with this particular video as I am not the copyright holder of this music, and can't distribute it, nor do I control the ads played on this version. Hello, the song is in the key of Ab major. However, I don't have specific information about whether it's tuned to 432 Hz, 528 Hz, or standard concert pitch (440 Hz). If I had to guess I'd say it's most likely in standard 440 Hz tuning. I hope this helps.

I made up poses to go with each of these symbols and so it becomes like a dance. Love this. Fun to just loop it over and over. I'm gonna do the longer one for the recommended 3 days in a row for the physical body brain mind activation gift. Peace :)

Thanks mate, I appreciate the positivity! Yeah the way I see the emerging AI tools is that they are just that - creative tools. They aren't supposed to be replacements for human creativity, rather offer us new ways to express the visions we see inside our heads and hearts. They can be used in poor taste, or integrated well, like many other tools. It's definitely a bit of a divisive topic currently with many people taking a strong stance, either way, black or white (red or blue). Personally I'm all about the grey area - nuance. :D I enjoy co-creating with these tools and I do feel an obligation to engage with them morally, and with discernment. I think spending years with more traditional digital tools has given me a good perspective of the strengths and weaknesses of these new shiny one :) So yeah, I really appreciate reading your messages of support and look forward to pleasantly surprising you further ❤️ And just to note the main glyphs were handcrafted (via my digital extensions) because somethings humans just do better ❤️

The past few days I have been doing this and have noticed a difference in my patterns. I have been drawing these, or variations of these for a very long time. He mentions these are the "first 15" where can I find the next set?

Hi Tina, thank you for sharing your experience and growing awareness 🙏 It is indeed a good question you ask! From my listening of Bashar's wisdom (which is by no means exhaustive) I haven't heard him explicitly share about the next set of glyphs. I do however have a recollective of him suggesting we were welcome to join, or integrate any of the 15 gifted into larger interconnected forms, in which new forms may appear.... perhaps a thread for us both to pull. I know @mikemckenneystudio5511 has been playing with this concept within his own artwork and blog site, perhaps we could ask him about his experiences? ❤️

Just a few weeks ago I dug up an old sketch book page with glyphs I had drawn many moons ago with the intention of including some of them in my paintings. This is now my most favorite way to meditate on these shapes. Wouldn’t it be cool to have a meditation retreat in the Sphere? I also enjoy Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditation. I was actually imagining myself being in the Sphere surrounded by these beautiful shapes, sounds and symbols. Thank you to the artists and Teachers who made this possible. ❤

Yesss I was aiming for chills 😁 I hope this video acts as a catalyst for people who had a may have had a misunderstanding about the term Highest Excitement - or add to a previous definition. I know sometimes when I'm unsure about an interpretation it can act as a blocker of sorts, halting momentum - "Is this what he means..? Am I doing it right...?" But a little added understanding and context can melt away those worries, helping things flow again. I recognise that each individual is a unique expression of consciousness, and they will hear, absorb, and apply this information in their own way, and as such amplify Bashar's concept without any insistence that viewers see it this way. But as we know a little spark can create a fire 🔥❤️🔥

Highest Excitement. It's a term frequently used in Bashar's transmissions, underpinning many of his core concepts, but what does it actually mean? This video combines some of Bashar's elaborations on what the phrase actually means in the context of his wisdom and formula. Words and their meanings can be fluid, with people interpreting them through their own lens of experience and understanding. Language often being a mere echo of the true intent and meaning of the original communication. Words are indeed powerful as they can transform our reality based on how we receive and perceive them, which is why I felt it important to highlight and amplify the meaning of the words "Highest Excitement" as Bashar speaks of them. “ Highest excitement ” is not just a simple emotion or fleeting moment of pleasure. It is far more profound than that. Highest excitement is the organizing principle of your being! It is the compass of your soul, pointing you directly toward the version of reality that is most aligned with your true self. It is the specific vibration that represents the path of least resistance for you in any given moment. When you act on what excites you the most, what sparks your passion, you are tapping into the frequency of your true self. You are aligning with the frequency of your core essence - who you really are as a multidimensional being.

Thank you for your observation nubs, and for being you ❤️ One of the facets of this concept that I find fascinating this that the size of the action seems to be irrelevant, rather the vibration of the action is what matters. Language can be tricky and I know I've previously interpreted the word "Highest" to have some grand action associated with it, and previously this has felt a bit paralysing. In actuality it seems to be more of a rolling, fluid motion of following this feeling, independent of the scale of action which results from it, which for me makes it so much freer and easy, with much less resistance and second guessing. It's a beautiful thing to surrender to. ❤️
