@@THEMOTOFAM-w4m aww I am so sorry to hear you are feeling left out!! that’s so hard, just know your feelings are valid ❤️ As time goes on it will get easier and you will adjust to your new normal but also mums have to pay more attention to kids when they are little but as you all get older it will be more like it used it be. promise it will be okay, be open with your mum about how you’re feeling if you feel like you can 🩷🩷

I sure do feel that way often. The problem as I see it is that we feel this way when we compare ourselves to someone who seems to be doing more or better than us. Social media exacerbates the problem by only showing us curated perfect moments in a person's life rather than the hot mess they often are. The ONLY person you should be comparing yourself to is who you were yesterday. Work to make the person you are tomorrow just a bit better than you are today. Also, learn to forgive yourself for whatever thing you may not have gotten perfect and keep trying to move forward.
