I got this stroller as a gift and the buckle is the opposite is facing the other way

You've missed out the bit where you take the harness from the chassis! On the Techno XT theres a more fiddly bit to release. It's not like the older models where you create slack on the belt, turn the buckle to the side and push through.

Hi: I dismounted the stroller in order ti wash it. When mounting it again I could not get the back strap (in order to elevate or get down the back part). Is there any instruction manual in order to follow? Thanks,

Do not buy this product or any other maclaren stroller. They have no customer service. Broke after a year of use and nowhere to buy spare parts.

I Don’t understand this video. Do I press front back together. I could not get the baby out today. I had to squeeze him out of the shoulder part.

Great carrier. It is super easy to put baby in and does not hurt my back. Baby loves being it and walk around with me.

As grandma I insisted on Maclaren. It’s a bit bulkier and heavier than 30 years ago but still manageable up subway stairs for this 70 year old.

How about troubleshooting when the open / unlock doesn’t work.. I gave up on both my maclaren a (triumph and twin techno), they’re on the roof of our garage bc they’re useless bc you can’t get your babies out!

I was born in 1990 and using the original maclaren. Now, 32 years later, the exact same stroller still being used for my kids. I would love to buy the original ones today, please let us know!

You'll notice in the video she showed how easy it was to remove the seat cover, but the straps were magically already detached. That's some thoroughly dishonest marketing right there.
