I like that you inclued the arch stone bridge because I often use the arch stone bridge as the wooden bridge when I recreaate this episode. A great custom set based on one of my favourte episodes! Hope you have a great day!

here’s a suggestion for a custom set. name: the wharf based of two episodes one bad and one good, wharf and peace and duncan’s bluff. the pieces included: thomas, james, skalroey, duncan, four narrow gauge trucks, four standard gauge trucks, two narrow gauge break van and two standard gauge break van. I can’t exactly think of an exact layout but I do think it would include two separate tracks for standard and narrow gauge that would that would cross over each other like the wharf in the show, there would also be cranes to load and unload cargo and a tiny platform for where the the standard and narrow gauge engines meet each other, there could also be boats since it’s near by the sea.

0:06 you mean remake? I think the wacky track works well for representing old broken tracks. I use and flexi curve tracks for sidings at the 5 way switch for shunting yards or the docks all the time

It begs the question as to why Thomas Wooden Railway didn't have specific road pieces available for individual sale, namely the Ascending and Switch pieces. Sure, you could get Ascending Road with the Mountain Overpass destination or the Elevated Roadway Expansion Pack (which also came with two Roadway Stacking Risers), but the road switches were harder to come by, since they were only available in the Zany Brainy-exclusive Deluxe Chocolate Factory Set. ERTL had a short-lived Wooden Roadway system called Hometown Roadway in 2002, which had its own set of road switches available for individual sale. Unfortunately, likely due to its target audience of young children being more interested in trains than road vehicles, Hometown Roadway sold poorly and was discontinued in 2003. Everything in that line is now rare and expensive. I did a Wooden Roadway Discussion on my favorite destination from that line, the McDonald's Drive-Thru Restaurant, in early 2022.
