So the million dollar question… which hose was it to remove from bottom of car?? The one in front (white) or the one in back (black)???

Bro thank you so much for the Video! My nozzles snapped and my line snapped And I really didn't want to take it to the Shop to have them charge me in arm and legs so thank you.

I also have a 2013 Durango R/T and my washer system is not working in the front (the rear is fine!). You have done a really good job of explaining the problem and solution in this video, especially with the hose line and clip locations, thank you!

Appreciate the video. You're right, not a lot of videos on Durangos. I'm looking at getting the R/T with the 5.7 as well. Have you dealt with any major issues? Any concerns or things to watch for?

What model number is that exhaust
@kennethharrisjr43268 жыл бұрын
Borla Atak #11827 this exhaust system is made for the jeep grand Cherokee Srt 8.. after doing some many weeks of research and asking around, I learned that this Cat-back set up would work on my car. it wasn't and exact match (Durango is a little bit longer than The Jeep Cherokee), so the muffler shop I took it to had to spend an extra half hour to special fit these pipes on my car. I've had them on for a year now with no issues

was this filmed in the east bay?
@jerren_6.78 жыл бұрын
did you just do the atak rear section of full exhaust

kenneth harris nice! sounds really good. Doesn't sound like it's raspy and more of the deep v8 tone like I want. I did the mid muffler delete and kept everything else stock and it's too raspy for me. I just got a Xpipe but haven't gotten the rear section yet. is the jeep srt rear section a bigger diameter? if so is the x pipe bigger as well?
@kennethharrisjr43268 жыл бұрын
Jerren Kjar if I remember correctly the x pipe was slightly bigger than my stock pipes that connect to it, so the muffler shop did a little customizing.. Cat-Back: xpipe, then about 2 feet of my stock exhaust which is a little smaller which connects to the slightly bigger borla Atak muffler
@kennethharrisjr43268 жыл бұрын
that's exactly what I did bro
@rossearles43338 жыл бұрын
So did you purchase the Borla ATAK rear sections from the 2013 Cherokee SRT8 and then put in your own x pipe from the CAT back? Just trying to get an idea on what you did...I love the ATAKS!
@kennethharrisjr43268 жыл бұрын
sorry for the late response...yeah, I purchased a Cat-back system. I bought an aftermarket xpipe from amazon ($100) so from the catalytic converter back I have and Xpipe, and then the Borla Atak exhaust after that

Yes there is some droning. When cruising on the street, there can be some droning during take off but once the RPM's level off its not really present. Now, where droning can become an issue is if you have back seat passengers while driving on the freeway. For me, there really isn't an issue until you reach speeds over 70 mph on the freeway. If you're cruising along at 70 mph, there's little to know droning, but at speeds say of 75 to 80 mph, there's definitely some droning. If I'm driving alone in my car it's not really an issue from the front driver seat, but sometimes my girlfriend sits in the middle row with our newborn and at the cruising speeds of 75 to 80 mph, she's definitely complaining, so when I hv the family in the car, I try not to reach speeds over 70 to save there eardrums.
