Bro you need to make sure you are filming in 1080p or 720 and 16:9 wide-screen it be better people to watch. But good update looking good and for dapol doing that for you that is great customer service.

Wonderful sounds, especially like the 3 car DMU. I'm still laying tracks to my first layout in 36 years and as yet I've not bought a controller. A little nervous as I'm also going DCC but have absolutely no idea what I'm doing but that's part of the fun! Best of luck with your build.

@DaventryParkway thanks the sound in the 20 is from road & rails and the 117 dmu is a bachmann sound fitted. Slow progress on the layout due to everyday things like work, family. Good luck with your build.

Very good I like the embankment, your present off your wife is nice too congratulations on the new job , as for your light issue do the usual things connections etc then if you can try another decoder, if you still get the issue then try cleaning the copper blades to the wheels .

Hi, some lovely additions there. You mentioned the flickering lights. I suggest couple of things initially: you said about cleaning track and wheels. Did you clean the brass pickups to the wheel backs? IPA on a cotton bud or gently scrape the pickups with eg a scalpel, then test again. Put blanking plate into the DCC socket and test on a regular 12v analogue controller. It is important you disconnect the TTS decoder as this will define it being the loco / wiring etc or the decoder itself. If you don’t have a dc controller, use a 9v battery on a spare piece of track. Hope that helps…

There is not a great deal you can do with the windows what ever you do its doing to remove your decals off them, first try tissue paper moistened is isopropyl take the windows out and layer the paper on top and leave to soften the glue,if that don't work use toothpaste in a cotton bud and scrub at the area affected with a tiny amount of water ,in failing that try peters spares for replacement windows.
