The microphone's grip is weak and if you attach it to a suit the microphone quickly ends up facing downwards. I have also had problems with the receiver charging. When everything is working properly the sound quality is very good.

i bought boya by xm6 s2 and i have some cuts in audio with foul battery. tested in go pro and to mirorles camera same problem with foul buttery. maybe frequency 2.4 ghz is problem? i do not now. any solution?

I've been using bunch of others stuffs. still, in the price range and the quality. BOYA Stand out for sure is one of the best wireless that support omni directional mic out there. Yet, underrated and need more people to know about. by the way, can you do something about the Boya BY-WM8 PRO K1 plastic ? i've been using it for 3 years, and now the casing are getting sticky. all still work good. but the sticky is not so comfortable.

Hi , does this receiver has the cold shoe to sit and fixed on the mirrorless camera? I'm about to buy the more expensive mic than this one and this BOYA has everything I would ask for but the cold shoe is my deal breaker, I'll use this mic with camera the only.

Because it saved me a lot of money and gained me a lot of good audio. I already owned the boya by-xm6-s2. But it didn’t work as smooth as the new boyamic with my iPhone. So I’m really glad this product came up. Also could you make more videos about the ins and outs of this new mic. Would love to see that.

I bought this and here are the things that really annoy me ; - The blue display is extremely hard to see in daylight - so very often I mute the microphone by accident because I can't see which button Ive pressed . - Doesn't perform well in windy conditions or outside with a lot of background noise - wind shields are extremely flimsy and fall off easily with the current clip system.
