I have aunts and an uncle over 80, and they move around and look like they are in their 70s. What a blessing. ❤ One thing I've observed about them, sometimes they'll bust into a hymn and prayer for no reason when we get together at dinners. Wow, this group of 15 children has always loved the Lord.🎉🎉

There's no joy, no hope, no happiness in my life. It's just pain and trauma and survival and misery. Rage and grief consume every cell of my being. I drowned in 999-trillion oceans of rage and grief and guilt and regret and darkness. I am submerged in darkness. How the fuck is this my life at 44? HOW? I die.
