I generally put the price at the top in the description. Sometimes the price changes and you would have to edit the video and upload it again. I definitely don’t have time to do that every time there is a price change. I did however start mentioning that the price is in the description on my later videos. Some agents don’t mention the price because they want you to call them. It’s just a time saving thing for me to put it in the description.

I am not sure of the coldest temp ever recorded. It does get cold and mostly above 0 degrees. We have snow and ice occasionally, but is usually gone in a week.
