It's a pot filler. Water faucet for adding water to a pot on the stove.

Nice, but add an entry closet, linen/utility/ storage closets, pantry, laundry, and bathrooms in bedrooms with separate bathroom for company and where they don't have to travel the whole home to get to the bathroom

So far I would change the sink, a side by side refrigerator/freezer that fit the space and add a dishwasher ... also wish the closets were larger

Really! It's hard to get perspective when they keep changing scenes that are not connected. And where are the two bedrooms and two baths? How high is the loft ceiling? You have no idea of the actual layout.
