This did happen to me and my family. One morning I woke up and went into the kitchen to get some coffee, and there was a man asleep all curled up on my kitchen counter!! I stopped and stared for a minute, then woke my boyfriend up and he said to ask the neighbor if she knew him because she had some people over the night before. We woke him up, as he was someone I have seen around town. Turned out he was over the neighbors, he left and got confused to where the house was and walked on into mine and went to sleep. Why he chose the kitchen counter, I couldnt tell ya. He left no problem. But there was this other time my brother and I were home and we were about 15 (me) and 16(brother) and it was late, maybe 3am when my brother heard knocking on the door, then it started to go to pounding so he figured it was me and I was drunk or something, however, I was sleeping in my room down the hallway. When he opened the door, this crazy woman tackled him onto the floor, and he punched her in the face to get her off him, he didnt know it was a woman yet. This person ran into the bathroom and hid in the bathtub, she was all bloody and she kept saying there were people chasing her and they set a couple kids on fire at the beach. I was freaked out to say the least. I had a pitbull who didnt like strangers, especially ones who run into the house all worked up. I couldnt let him out of my room because he would have killed this woman.If the situation were to turn violent I definitely would let him out then. Apparently, the cops said this woman was in her 30ś, though she looked way older, was an alcoholic who lived down a few streets with her parents, and she jumped out her 2nd story window and hallucinated people were chasing her trying to kill her, and so her father came and took her to some rehab. Neither the father or the woman ever apologized for getting blood all over our carpet, for tackling muy brother and for making our bathroom look like a murder had occurred. I was pissed about this because I had to clean everything and sterilize it all. I also live in Florida, by the way. In a decently nice area too.

I seen this happen with another kid who called the cops and stayed at the street where he was buying them. He said they didn't give them the dope. The ran with his money so he wanted his money. He told them what he was buying. They looked for the guy, up and the down the street. Knocking on doors. It was a neighborhood where no one ever sees anything, even though he had ran in a house 3 addresses down, nothing they could do.

Thank you for the window in the bathroom and hallway kitchen sink needs to be double sink you can move the island to the side to separate living room from kitchen pocket doors for the closet in the kids bedrooms and maybe the middle room the same size as the end bedroom master bedroom on spot ❤

No joke there is another Clayton home just like this but tha kitchen pantry in the barn door one side was a coffe bar and the other side was the pantry. I wasn't expecting it and thought I was tripping bruh. We about to get a Clayton home and I have serious commitment issues to debt, I didn't have my first 5yr car payment until 35. This is terrifying as a 38yo to 2 special needs teens but Clayton has been very patient and understanding with us and slowly my hubbin is convincing me. lol.

I really like this house. Not to big. I love they included my glam tub because I am a bath girl after working a long day and my muscles are tired. I would change the cabinet colors and get black appliances. That’s it. Everything else is on target. I like that it’s budget friendly. Perfect for my low income.

Would like a built-in microwave, for the size of home very nice I prefer two showers no tubs longer vanity in mb and some linen storage.

If it gets me out of the apartment life I'll gladly accept this house as my first home ownership home.!

Nice looking home, the bath tub should be one piece if not you will have mold and water damage. There are more homes that have higher upgrades but you pay more for that. However this one has a great shower. My only concern is that it is CLAYTON Homes and I have heard so many negative things about Clayton Homes from people from different states. Whether it's North Georgia, NC, maybe FL on line and in person I have heard some crazy stories. This mobile home looks great on the outside. It has good curb appeal. As for me I want some premium upgrades and would rather buy a single wide with great upgrades than a double with minimal ones. But this home has a great shower, it looks very good.

This is my home. I moved in on Feb 7 2021. Had to put it in a park because I don’t own any land . My kitchen sink is stainless though and the cabinet over the tub is not high on the wall. My tv is a 72 inch. I absolutely love it.
