Thanks for your comment. To answer your question, I work in a remote/offshore environment and had a very long day and late patients to see. Also, it is difficult to sleep many nights due to the constant noise from the vessels thrusters or personnel working outside my clinic. This location is in operations 24 hours a day so there is always a constant distraction that keeps people up most nights. I won't look as tired in the future when I perform these videos at home.
