I wasn’t impressed. The two boxes I received were missing almost half the fabrics. The fabrics were very thin and not of a good quality. They did send replacement fabrics for the ones missing from the two boxes, but the replacement was not with fabrics that were shown for either box or the patterns within, and to top it off the replacement fabric I received was a duplicate set of fabrics that I will never use, it was bunnies and teddy bears that were in no way cute. So instead of replacing the missing fabrics I was sent two sets if the same fabrics, fabrics that did not go with the patterns received. I am disappointed with the product, I had high hopes after seeing their advertised subscription.

That's awful! The more people who see this the more horror stories I hear about them. I wish more channels would cover this to get the word out.

oh me too I wish I’d seen real reviews prior to subscribing. It’s just sad after the first box coming up short by 8-12 fat quarters that I didn’t stop subscribing right then. That’s on me … but then having 12-16 fat quarters missing from the second box, I immediately contacted them. I had subscribed to the monthly box plus the additional 16 fat quarters. Needless to say I’m out right at $100. I am glad that you did an honest review!

The fact you bough it with all the ai images their adds use is surprising. All reds darken when you iron them and chances are its a poly cotton not a 100% cotton.

Thanks for your comment. I actually didn't see any of those ads. This box was sent to me over a year ago now. Perhaps those ads are newer? They sent me the box free for my honest review which I did mention in the original video. This is the update to that video but I believe I mentioned it in this one too. You're right that most reds do darken when you iron them. This one did it to an unusual degree that I had not previously or since seen though. I think you're correct that the fabrics were likely a poly cotton. Hope you're having a beautiful winter solstice. 😊

I hated the glue dots…. But Lori uses washi on hers…. And I find that so much easier! Blue tack works ok too

Do you have tips for on the off chance the magnet is moving around then the pin would fall, it happens sometimes?

Do you mean like the bottom magnet shifts on the back of a cross stitch project and then the minder falls off? If that is what you mean then I would suggest using a stronger magnet. The ones I linked above are strong enough that I don't really have a problem with that. If you're meaning that the needle is falling off the front because the magnet is not strong enough then it could be one of several issues. Either you need a stronger magnet, or the pin you are using might be a none magnetic metal, or the pin is too thick for the force of the magnet to grip the needle securely. I hope that helps. If not then let me know and I can try to help you troubleshoot it a little more.

I've seen more than one channel that extols the virtues of this company, and others that say it's not a good company. I will not order from them because I just don't trust them. I'm not sure if they are out of China, but if so, China doesn't really have any type of quality control that I've seen, so I'm thinking they put whatever they have in the fabric, not just cotton.

I know what you mean. The reviews are all over the place. I will say that I think you are right about the fabric coming from China though. I've been told by many people that they found the same fabrics on Temu.

Take care and the time you need to heal; best wishes that the medical team can identify what's going on and develop a treatment plan to get you back on your feet. Maybe you or hubby can repost some of your prior videos as Encore Presentations - but don't worry about us - I'm sure many of us have PLENTY of WIPS to keep us busy lol. This is generally the time of year to wind down when we can, rest & refocus anyway so this is a great reminder for us all to take care too.

Congratulations on your 2 framed projects. They are beautiful! I do work on cross stitch projects around all my quilting projects. So September I have hardly stitched at all due to trying to get the community round robin quilt finished. There have also been family events and clients going on their cruises so work has been busy.
