We just tried this. Meat is hard to take apart with a fork. Is that the natural texture cooking it this way? Or is it underdone? Not sure of normal texture since we normally crockpot cook it

That is the way our family has always done it the only thing is my grandmother didn’t use cornmeal and when I do it I use first flour then seasoned panko. You should not use overripe tomatoes, ripe and firm, sliced into 1/2 in slices. They are way better than green ones.

Well that is too much like work to go looking for farmers to buy Organic foods. I would spend more on gas than what actually buying from a farmer. Sorry, but I will buy what the stores or online have organic, and if I die from it, so be it. I am 73 yo, and you make things too complicated.

My mother would boil the much larger swamp rabbits. Also, many people on youtube videos are cooking farm raised rabbits and the meat may be tender. Personally, I prefer wild rabbits, especially the smaller cottontails.

I don't think this video does a great job actually comparing the diet to a regular diet. Most people eat junk food, so I don't get why you are picking apart junk food vegans. How does it compare to a junk food processed diet that includes animal products?
