I totally understand that you can't use AI to cold call B2C but I've heard both legal and illegal to call B2B.

Keep in mind you will adjust that for the type of rehab. And then line item any major items like Roof, Major Electrical/Plumbing, Foundation, Windows, Pool repair, HVAC.

@@RealEstateInvestingMadeEasy I think I need more data than I have already then. Okay, I'll track my costs per project but I'll also start categorizing into subsets. Eg rental unit quick flip between tenants, I can have line items for paint per square foot/cleaning etc. Down to the studs, breaking it down as small as I can into roof, foundation, bathroom.

Yes I am - but I think it has to do with the way I'm filtering the data. choosing "Has phone number" under contact and "Contact is likely home owner" under contact - and simply disregarding everything else.

Privy customer service sucks. No notification of renewal coming up, they just make an automatic withdrawal. I caught it in 4 days, and informed them I hadn't been using it, and didn't want to renew, and they said 'Too bad, so sad'. We will not refund your money.
